Executive Team Outline

Troy Nielson is originally from Utah and has been employed his
entire career in the replication/media industry having worked for
companies such as Modus Media and Technicolor. Troy has extensive technical and operational knowledge. Troy’s experience
is evident when touring the Digital Works facility.

Christian Rath was employed as General Manager for Krauss
Maffei USA, Optical Media Division for nine years selling replication
equipment in the United States. Christian was responsible for the
sale and support of more than 200 replication systems within the
US.

Bill Diaz has spent the last 15 years managing CD/DVD
manufacturing organizations. During his career, Bill managed the
manufacturing of catalogs for Disney, Universal, Paramount, and
Columbia Pictures, all of which where under contract with
Technicolor.

Yachi Chen is the head of finance. Yachi’s background includes over 15 years in public accounting and 10 years within publicly traded organizations as finance director.

Brittany Hardy is the Customer Service Manager. Brittany
comes to Digital Works with 10 yrs of Optical Disc mastering
experience earned while employed by Synchronicity Mastering.
